1. New York - Niagara Falls
We leave New York heading West. We cross into the State of New Jersey and continue until we reach the Delaware Water Gap, which passes through Poconos Mountains. We will continue until reaching the State of Pennsylvania and continue North by passing the Western side of the famous Catskill Mountains. As we continue North we will pass beautiful small towns, rivers and lakes until we reach Watkins Glenn Park (in season), home to one of the prettiest naturally formed canyons in North America. We then continue North towards the Finger Lakes. We drive along Lake Seneca, passing the vineyards in the Wine Valley before reaching the beautiful city of Geneva On The Lake. We then continue North until we reach the Border.
 
Upon crossing the border, we will first stop to see the Niagara Falls from a well point observation point before continuing to our hotel to get ready. In the evening we will tour the Canadian town of Niagara Falls walking along the Falls themselves as they are lit by various colored lights. Niagara Falls, Canada is like a small Las Vegas. There are Casinos, arcades, a ferris-wheel and a huge variety of restaurants and shops so there will be plenty for you to do with the rest of your night.

 


2. Niagara Falls - New York
After breakfast at the hotel, we will go see Niagara Falls from the American side before boarding the amazing Maid of The Mist cruise (*Seasonal*). The Maid of The Mist takes its passengers as close as one can get to where the actual Falls. After the boat ride, we begin to make our way back to New York City. On our way we will stop at an Outlet Shopping Mall and we Overnight in New Jersey.


3. Washington – Philadelphia area
We leave New York heading South. We will pass through the States of New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland, passing through the City of Baltimore ultimately arriving in Washington DC. We will see the White House from the outside (due to security we cannot enter). We will then visit Memorial Park, famous site of the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, the Korean Memorial and the famous Reflection Pool which separates the Washington Monument from the Lincoln Memorial. Next we will visit “Daniel’s World” in the Holocaust Museum before visiting ether the Bureau of Engraving and Printing OR The Iwo-Jima Memorial. We then continue on to The Air and Space Museum where we will have free time to walk around. The Air and Space Museum is home to the famous Wright-Brothers Plane which is one of the first planes ever built. Also, some of the first Nasa Space Shuttles can be seen at this museum. Next we will drive towards Capitol Hill where we will have a view of the Capitol Building, home to the United States Congress. From there we will drive towards the restaurant district where we find both dinner as well as our hotel


4. Philadelphia – Amish – New York

We begin the day in the State of Pennsylvania at the Hershey Chocolate Factory where we will see a simulation of how the Chocolate is made. We will then drive to the Amish Area (Intercourse, Pennsylvania) where we will essentially go back in time as we see the Amish lifestyle like the horse buggies and the beautiful old fashioned farms. From there we will proceed towards the City of Philadelphia where our first stop will be on one of the nicest boulevards in the world, Benjamin Franklin Boulevard, in front of the famous Rocky Steps. We will then drive to see the famous Liberty Bell as well as the site of the Yoni Netanyahu Monument. We will then begin making our way back to New York City where we will arrive sometime in the evening

Travel documents/Passports and visas

Travel documents

Tours involving a flight or train
Passengers will be required to have a valid government issued photo ID for boarding. It is recommended to carry those documents on all tours.
Transportation
Vehicle size will be adjusted depending on the amount of passengers on a tour departure. Transportation is provided in buses, minibuses and vans.
Multi lingual tours
Some tours and departure dates are offered in multiple languages. You should inquire when making the reservation if the foreign language you're interested is available.
Guiding
All tours are escorted by professional, experienced and dedicated multi lingual tour guides or driver guides.
Itineraries
Some of the tours are modular and may be combined with other tours to allow operation. Visits order, stops and other tour components may be changed, added or substituted without prior notice.
Accommodation
Our hotels are of superior tourist class and first class. We carefully choose the hotels provided, so you the traveler will have an enjoyable and memorable vacation. Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds. Get America Tours reserves the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the hotel mentioned in the itineraries.
Children price
Children are between 2 to 16 years old. Children that are traveling and sharing the room with 2 adults receive a discounted child rate on the tour price.
Baggage
No baggage handling is included in the tour price. Your baggage allowance is 1 suitcase and 1 handbag. The suitcase dimensions should not exceed 30" x 21" x 11" and weight not exceeding 50 pounds (22 Kilos). Carry-on bags should not exceed 12" x 11" x 6".
Airline carriers may have stricter weight limitations . Some airlines charge fees for baggage including the first checked bag. These fees are not included in your tour package. Get America Tours is not responsible for any additional fees incurred by the airlines.
Tipping
Tips to local guides, drivers and tour guides are not included. It is customary to tip the guide $5.00 per passenger per day and $5.00 to the driver per passenger per day.
Cancellations - if you cancel
31 days or more prior to departure - full refund.
30 to 15 days prior to departure - 50% cancellation fees.
14 days or less – 100% cancellations fees.
Tours including air or train tickets are subject to 100% cancellation fees from date of purchesing. Cancellation fees apply even if a passenger transfers to another tour or departure date.
Refunds
No refunds will be given on unused portions or visits of any tour. All other refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the tour departure. Any refunds due will be by US$ check and mailed. If payment is made by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Travel insurance
Get America Tours advises to all passanger to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Passengers with disabilities
Get America Tours makes all efforts to accommodate all passengers, including those with disabilities.
Some tours are not suitable for passengers which require wheelchairs. We cannot guarantee hotel rooms for the handicapped. Passengers with special needs, medical conditions and disabilities must advise Get America Tours when making their reservation. Get America Tours does not accept any liability regarding the suitability of the individual passenger to the tours, and must reserve the right to decline a booking should it be considered that we will be unable to meet in full our obligation to the passenger.

Responsibility
Get America Tours LLC acts as an agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodations and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delays, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. Get America Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour. In such event the passenger will be offered a different tour departure, if available, or a refund. GAT reserves the right to change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice and to substitute equipment as needed. Get America Tours will not be held liable for additional costs due to the reasons mentioned above or for third party suppliers or independent contractors that are not GAT employees. Get America Tours LLC is not liable for wrongful negligent, or omissions of any travel agent. Legal proceedings against Get America Tours may be instituted only in the state of New Jersey and according NJ low. The passenger agrees that the maximum liquidated damages will not exceed the cost of the tour. Get America Tours reserves the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or possess any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.
